Fans including myself are growing inpatient and edgy at the thought of getting our hands on the StarCraft 2 beta.
Yesterday Blizzard updated the Web page that www.blizzcon.com/beta redirects to and fans drooled at the mouth some more at the prospect of actually playing SC2.
To all you fans: Calm the hell down.
A fan asked on battle.net, "Is there a place i can sign up for the eventually upcoming beta?"
To the fan's question Karune replied, "There will be a place to opt-in for beta, but that page has not yet been implemented. We will let you know when the public can opt-in for beta."
Let's think about this for a second:
- The page is for WoW
- Blizzard's motto is bigger is better. Don't you think that Blizzard would have an over-the-top announcement for StarCraft II's beta test?
So sit back, relax, grab another game to occupy your time, and continue to wait patiently for the SC2 beta test and the second Battle report. There's really nothing else we can do.
